Local Owners – Crestcom South Fraser
We work with leaders who want practical growth, not motivational noise.
We’ve spent years leading teams, serving on boards, and working with organizations across industries that all share one challenge:
They need leaders who can step up, think independently, and take ownership.
Alongside running Crestcom South Fraser, we're deeply involved in our community; serving in leadership and governance roles across sport, non-profit, and business organizations. We understand what leadership looks like in the real world, where time is limited, decisions matter, and results count.
Steve is also completing his Executive MBA at SFU Beedie School of Business, which strengthens how he connects leadership theory to practical, on-the-job application.
What matters most, though, is this:
Leadership development only works when it’s practical, consistent, and immediately usable.
That’s exactly how Crestcom is designed.
Most leadership problems don’t come from bad intentions or poor hiring.
They come from promoting strong performers into leadership roles without ever teaching them how to lead.
The result?
Inconsistent accountability
Avoided conversations
Decision bottlenecks
Burnout at the to
And leaders doing their best, but guessing
We believe leadership is a learned skill, not a personality trait, and when it’s developed properly, organizations become calmer, stronger, and far more effective.
