Crestcom LEADER+® builds on the foundation of the LEADER® Program by adding an essential ingredient many organizations are missing: ongoing accountability and facilitated reinforcement.

LEADER+®  is comprised of Quarterly Sessions designed to help leaders turn insight into sustained behavior change.

In these guided sessions, participants:

• Debrief real leadership challenges they are facing right now

• Share wins, obstacles, and lessons learned

• Receive peer feedback and facilitator coaching
